Please note that if you are pre-ordering an item, it may not be in production yet. We use pre-orders to fund items being made. Meaning they will not ship instantly.

Ita bags take 6-8 months for production and shipping. Please be aware of this prior to pre-ordering. Please do not email us a few weeks after you've pre-ordered a long production item about the status of your order.

Plush take 4-6 months for production and shipping. Please be aware of this prior to pre-ordering. By pre-ordering any item from our store you are accepting and agreeing to wait the production time before inquiring about production statuses.

Hats take 3-4 months for production and shipping. Please be aware of this prior to pre-ordering. By pre-ordering any item from our store you are accepting and agreeing to wait the production time before inquiring about production statuses.

Enamel pins depending on the amount of pins in the pre-order take 2-3 months for production and shipping. Please be aware of this prior to pre-ordering. By pre-ordering any item from our store you are accepting and agreeing to wait the production time before inquiring about production statuses.

Pre-order updates can occur on Twitter, Instagram and our Production Updates pages. If any major issues or delays arise, we will contact those who pre-ordered an item as needed. As always inquiries can be made at support@onicake.com

When pre-ordering an item, all items in the order are shipped together. This means any non preorder items will be held until then. If you would like non preorder items to be sent before, please purchase it separately from any preorder item.

We do not process refunds after an item has already shipped.

We do not process refunds for pre-order items.

If you have moved since pre-ordering an item and it has not shipped yet please contact us as soon as possible so we can update your address.

We are not responsible for items shipped to the incorrect address if no new address was provided to use prior to shipment.

We are not responsible for items once they have been dropped off at the post office. We can try to work with you to offer a discount to re-order items but it is not feasible for us to offer full refunds for LOST PACKAGES.

Once a package has been dropped at the post office it is out of my hands. Literally.
