Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

☆ PRE-ORDERS ☆

Please note that if you are pre-ordering an item, it may not be in production yet. We use pre-orders to fund items being made. Please allow 2-3 months before inquiring about the status of a pre-ordered item.

Pre-order updates can occur on Twitter, Instagram and our Production Updates pages. If any major issues or delays arise, we will contact those who pre-ordered an item as needed. As always inquiries can be made at support@onicake.com

When pre-ordering an item, all items in the order are shipped together. This means any non preorder items will be held until then. If you would like non preorder items to be sent before, please purchase it separately from any preorder item.

We do not process refunds after an item has already shipped.

We do not process refunds for pre-order items.

If you have moved since pre-ordering an item and it has not shipped yet please contact us as soon as possible so we can update your address.

We are not responsible for items shipped to the incorrect address if no new address was provided to use prior to shipment.
