☆ COVID Shipping Update ☆

Due to the current state of the USPS shipping times have lengthened. Please allow up to 3 weeks for domestic (US) packages and 6-8 weeks for international packages.

Also please note, we currently are not shipping to any countries listed here. Due to COVID-19. Please continue to check USPS for any updates on shipment restrictions.

☆ Customs & Fees  ☆

The customer is responsible for any and all additional customs fees. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs processing times and will not refund shipping/handling fees if package is denied due to customs fees.

☆ Enamel Pin Shipping ☆

Enamel Pins ship in a bubble mailer or small mailer box.

I am currently transitioning over to more eco-friendly packaging. I want as much to be recyclable or reusable as possible. 

☆ Sticker Shipping  ☆

Sticker only orders currently ship in an envelope with no tracking.

☆ Plush & Bag Shipping  ☆

Plushies & Bags are shipped in a polybag mailer. If you need/prefer a box please contact us for additional shipping cost information.

If an item arrives damaged from the shipping process, please feel free to contact us about receiving a replacement.

When contacting us about damaged shipments, please include photos of the package and your order number for verification purposes.
