All sales are final ☆

We do not process refunds after an item has already shipped.

We do not process refunds for pre-order items.

When contacting us, please be sure to include your order number.

Damaged Packages  ☆

If an item arrives damaged from the shipping process, please feel free to contact me about receiving a replacement.

When contacting us about damaged shipments, please include photos of the package and your order number for verification purposes. 

Incorrect Packages  ☆

If your order contained incorrect items, please contact the shop at support@onicake.com, so we can get the correct items to you. If your package contains extra items like stickers, or seconds pins, please be aware this may be a gifted extra and not necessarily an error.

☆ Lost Mail ☆

Once the order has been dropped off at the post office it is no longer the responsibility of us, Onicake, the store.
